GEEMEEO is a premium wearable art brand that collaborates with contemporary Indian artists to create limited-edition clothing.

4. Ordering and Payment

Placing an Order:

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase
• We will send you an order confirmation email (this is not acceptance)
• Acceptance occurs when we ship your order and send shipping confirmation
• We reserve the right to decline any order before acceptance

Payment:

• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI)
• International customers can use PayPal or international cards

Pricing Errors:

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Summary:

• We offer exchanges only, no refunds (except in specific circumstances)
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging
• Size exchanges subject to availability (limited to 50 pieces per design)
• Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Non-returnable:

• Items without tags or worn/washed
• Items outside the 7-day window
• Final sale items (if marked as such)
• Gift cards

7. Artist Collaboration and Intellectual Property

Ownership:

• All designs, artwork, images, text, and content on this website are owned by GEEMEEO or our collaborating artists
• Product designs are created in collaboration with artists and are protected by copyright
• The GEEMEEO name, logo, and branding are trademarks of GEEMEEO

Artist Rights:

• Each design is created in collaboration with a named artist
• Artists retain copyright to their original artwork
• GEEMEEO has licensed rights to reproduce artwork on clothing
• Revenue is shared with artists as part of our collaboration model

Your Limited License:

• When you purchase a GEEMEEO piece, you own the physical product
• You do NOT acquire any intellectual property rights to the artwork or design
• You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the artwork or design

Prohibited Uses:

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of our designs
• Use our images, text, or content without written permission
• Reproduce the artwork on your own clothing or products
• Remove artist signatures or edition numbers from products

8. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Engage in fraudulent activity or impersonate others

9. Limited Edition Policy

Authenticity:

• Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity
• Certificate includes: design name, edition number (X/50), artist signature
• Certificates are not replaceable if lost

No Restocks:

• Once all 50 pieces of a design are sold, that design is permanently closed
• We will never reprint or restock sold-out designs
• This maintains the exclusivity and value of your piece

Verification:

• You may contact us to verify the authenticity of a GEEMEEO piece
• Include photos of the product, tags, and certificate

10. Account Registration

Creating an Account:

• You may create an account to track orders and save information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination:

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Resale:

Modifications:

• You may not alter, modify, or remove artist signatures or edition numbers
• Doing so voids any authenticity claims
• We are not responsible for modified pieces

Counterfeits:

• GEEMEEO pieces are only sold through geemeeo.com and authorized partners
• We do not authorize third-party sellers (except where explicitly stated)
• Report suspected counterfeits to hello@geemeeo.com

22. Artist Collaboration Terms

Revenue Sharing:

• We share a portion of revenue with the collaborating artist on every sale
• This is part of our commitment to supporting contemporary Indian artists
• Revenue share percentages are confidential between GEEMEEO and artists

Artist Attribution:

• Each product clearly identifies the collaborating artist
• You may share information about the artist when discussing or displaying your piece
• Artist contact information is not provided for privacy reasons

23. Marketing and Communications

Transactional Communications:

• By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional emails and SMS (order confirmations, shipping updates)
• These are necessary for order fulfillment and cannot be opted out of

Marketing Communications:

• We may send marketing emails about new collections and artist collaborations
• You can opt out anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email
• Opt-out does not affect transactional communications

User-Generated Content:

• If you tag us on social media or share photos wearing GEEMEEO, you grant us permission to repost your content
