Refund policy

At GEEMEEO, we want you to love what you receive. Each piece is crafted with care as wearable art—limited, numbered, and made in collaboration with artists.

Because of the intentional, small-batch nature of our production, we currently offer exchanges only, no refunds. We ask that you choose carefully.

If Your Piece Doesn't Fit or Arrives Damaged

We're here to help. Here's how exchanges work:

What Qualifies for Exchange:

  • Size issues – The fit isn't right for you
  • Defects or damage – The piece arrived with a flaw or was damaged in transit
  • Wrong item – We sent the incorrect design or size

Exchange Requirements:

Your piece must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags still attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Timeline: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

How to Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us First
Email us at hello@geemeeo.com before returning anything. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The issue (wrong size, damage, etc.)
  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: We'll Confirm & Provide Instructions
We'll review your request and send return instructions if approved.

Step 3: Return Shipping
You're responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Step 4: We'll Send Your Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship your replacement.

If Your Size Is Sold Out

Due to our limited editions, your preferred size may no longer be available.

In this case, you can:

  • Choose a different size in the same design (if available)
  • Select a different design of equal value (subject to availability)
  • Unfortunately, if neither option works, we cannot process the exchange

This is why we encourage you to review our size chart carefully before purchasing. Each product page includes detailed measurements and fit guidance.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every piece before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or defective:

Inspect immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 24 hours if there's an issue.

What we need:

  • Email: hello@geemeeo.com
  • Subject: "Damaged Item – Order #[your number]"
  • Include: Clear photos of the defect + your order number

What happens next: We'll review the photos and, upon confirmation, arrange for the damaged piece to be returned (at our cost) and a replacement shipped to you.

Important: Damage claims made after 24 hours cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Items without tags or in worn/washed condition
  • Items outside the 7-day exchange window
  • Items purchased during special sales (if marked "Final Sale")
  • Gift cards

International Orders (UK, UAE, Europe)

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 days for any reason, under EU consumer protection law.

Your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unwashed, with tags
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

UK & Other International

Standard exchange policy applies (7 days). You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

We offer exchanges only, no refunds, except in the following cases:

Refunds are issued if:

  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your size is unavailable AND no alternative works for you

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunded to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
