Shipping
Within India
Where We Ship:
- We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India
- Urban and metro areas
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities (subject to courier serviceability)
Shipping Cost:
- Free shipping on all orders across India
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched
Delivery Timeline:
- 5-7 business days from dispatch
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Courier Partners:
- We use trusted courier partners: Delhivery, BlueDart, or similar
- You'll receive tracking information via email and SMS
- Track your order in real-time using the tracking link
Delivery Notes:
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- A valid phone number is required for delivery coordination
- Courier partners may call before delivery
- If delivery fails due to unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply for multiple attempts)
International Shipping
Current Status:
- We currently ship within India only
- International shipping is coming soon
If You're Outside India:
- We're expanding to UK, UAE, and Europe soon

Each package is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
Tracking Your Order
Order Confirmation:
- Immediate email confirmation after placing your order
- Includes order number, items purchased, and expected timeline
Shipping Confirmation:
- Email + SMS notification when your order ships
- Includes tracking number and courier partner details
- Estimated delivery date
Track in Real-Time:
- Click the tracking link in your email
- Or visit the courier website and enter your tracking number
- Live updates on package location and status

Delivery Issues
If You're Not Available:
- Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- Update delivery instructions with the courier directly
- Arrange redelivery using tracking link or courier contact
If Your Package Is Delayed:
- Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues beyond our control
- Contact us if your order is delayed beyond 10 business days
- We'll coordinate with the courier to expedite delivery
If Your Package Is Lost:
- Contact us immediately at hello@geemeeo.com
- We'll file a claim with the courier
- A replacement will be shipped once confirmed (subject to availability)
If Your Package Arrives Damaged:
- Inspect immediately upon delivery
- Take photos of the damaged package and product
- Contact us within 24 hours at hello@geemeeo.com
- We'll arrange a replacement at no cost
Important: Do not accept a package that appears severely damaged. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes (require physical address)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (currently)
- Areas not serviced by our courier partners
If your pin code is not serviceable, we'll notify you and offer a full refund.

We accept multiple payment methods to make your purchase seamless.

We never see or store your complete card information.
Payment Processing
When Payment Is Charged:
- Payment is authorized and captured immediately at checkout
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successful
Payment Confirmation:
- Instant email confirmation
- Order number for reference
- Payment receipt included
Payment Failures:
- If payment fails, you'll see an error message
- Common reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, bank security block
- Retry payment or use an alternative payment method
- Contact your bank if issues persist
Bank Charges:
- We do not charge any additional payment processing fees
- Your bank may charge currency conversion fees (for international cards)
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (within 2-3 business days of order)
- Contact us immediately at hello@geemeeo.com with your order number
- Full refund if cancellation is successful
After Dispatch:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- You may return/exchange after delivery (subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy)
Refunds
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Refunded to original payment method
Refund Method:
- UPI: 1-2 business days
- Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallets: 1-3 business days
Bank Processing Time:
- Your bank may take additional 5-10 business days to reflect the refund
- If refund is not received within 15 business days, contact us at hello@geemeeo.com
Refunds Are Issued For:
- Order cancellation (before dispatch)
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item shipped
- Size unavailable for exchange

Taxes & Duties
Within India:
- All prices include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- No additional taxes or duties at delivery
International Orders (When Available):
- Prices exclude customs duties and import taxes
- You are responsible for any customs charges in your country
- Customs policies vary by country—check with your local customs office
Order Modifications
Changing Shipping Address:
- Contact us immediately at hello@geemeeo.com
- Address can be changed only before dispatch (within 2-3 business days)
- Once shipped, address cannot be modified
Changing Order Items:
- Not possible once order is placed
- Cancel order (before dispatch) and place a new one
- Or wait for delivery and use our exchange policy
